Blog 10

Reading through Chapter 10 of the Bedford’s Book of Genres, I know coincidence that the tenth chapter and tenth blog, all because we got out of one Blog about It, thanks Mat. Back to the reading however, the portion of the chapter I feel I will refer to the most is just the simple list of steps to assembling the multi-genre project. However this list does raise a few questions for me. Like step one, do we really need a two page paper to introduce it, or is that covered by our sixty second pitch and or we just need to verbally know it. The next two steps are like duh, what else would we do if we wished to make a good project. However step four I feel uneasy about, mainly cause I think we don’t have to do it, and if we do have to do it, I would hate it since I find it more enjoyable to let people guess as to my reasons because they will come up with deeper meanings than I will for why I choose these genres. Packaging creatively is another little concept that I may not have thought about but really can make a big difference so I thought that was a good little addition at the end.
